LLDV

EDID MANAGER → Load from File → Upload EDID into CUSTOM 4–10 → select it for the source's input. HDfury: Vertex 1 LLDV works with a JVC using a custom gamma curve or a display that can be forced into HDR.

HDR TRIGGER

Display does not switch to HDR with LLDV? HDR IF tab → Create IF → Send HDR (Enable Custom HDR). Switch it off again for SDR.

Apple TV 4K is the easiest Dolby Vision source for the Vertex: it sends native DV to a DV TV and LLDV to an HDR10 display when the Vertex presents an LLDV EDID.

The 2019 SHIELD sends Dolby Vision to a DV TV, and HDfury lists 'Shield Pro' as an LLDV source for Dolby Vision content, so it can also feed an HDR10 projector through the Vertex.

With firmware UDP20X-60-0625 or later the OPPO sends TV-led Dolby Vision to a DV TV and Player-led (LLDV) Dolby Vision for an HDR10 display, and it can convert HDR10 and SDR to Dolby Vision too.

Settings are separated into manufacturer-documented menu paths and advanced/community Vertex workflows. Where an exact model manual does not establish a setting, this guide deliberately avoids inventing a universal value.
