Privacy statement
This website (www.hdfuryvertex.com) is an information site about the HDfury Vertex. It uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics and no forms. This page explains what little personal data is involved.

2. What this website does not do
- No cookies — not for statistics, not for advertising.
- No analytics or tracking tools, no social-media buttons or embedded videos that send data to third parties.
- No fonts, scripts or images loaded from other servers: everything comes from this website itself.
- No forms and no accounts on this website. You do not enter any personal data here.
3. Server log files
Like every web server, the server of this website automatically records technical data when a page is requested: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser type. Our hosting provider processes this data on our behalf.
- Purpose: keeping the website secure and working, and finding technical errors.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: only for a limited period, after which the logs are deleted automatically. We do not use them to build profiles and do not combine them with other data.
4. When you contact us
If you write to us by e-mail or through the contact form on hdfury.eu, we use your name, e-mail address and the content of your message only to answer your question.
- Legal basis: handling your request, or performing your order (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Retention: as long as needed to handle your question. Messages about an order are kept as long as Dutch tax law requires for business records (7 years).
- We do not sell your data and do not share it with others, except where needed to handle your order or where the law requires it.
5. The shop and other websites
Orders are placed in the shop at hdfury.eu, not on this website. The privacy policy of the shop explains how order and payment data are handled there. Links on this website to other sites (for example manuals of TV and player manufacturers) lead to websites with their own privacy policies.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Send your request to info@hdfury.eu; we reply within one month.
You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or with the supervisory authority in your own country.

If this website starts to process personal data in a different way, we update this page and the date at the top.
