When do we reply?
RESPONSE TIMES · DUTCH TIME (CET/CEST)
- Monday – Friday
- We reply to messages on working days, until Friday 16:00.
- Friday after 16:00 and weekend
- We generally do not reply in the weekend. Messages sent after Friday 16:00 or during the weekend are answered from Monday.
- Monday
- On Monday we first process all orders and messages from the weekend, so your reply may come later that day.
Please send your question once. Sending it again does not speed things up — it puts an extra message in the queue.
Get a faster answer
- Mention your order number if your question is about an order, a delivery or a return.
- For a setup question: your source, display, AV receiver (if any), cable lengths, the Vertex firmware version and what the OLED shows.
- Many questions about picture, EDID, HDCP or Dolby Vision are answered on this site — you may not have to wait at all:
Returns: not to the postal address
- Do not send products to the postal address (Postbus). Parcels sent there cannot be accepted.
- To return a product, first tell us through the contact form. You then receive the return address and instructions.
