Delivery & returns
You buy the HDfury Vertex from CD-R Nederland / HDfury (KvK 08073694) through the shop at hdfury.eu. As a consumer you may return it within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The return shipping costs are for you.
1. Delivery
- We ship to customers in almost every country.
- The price, the shipping costs and the expected delivery time are shown in the shop before you place your order.
- We deliver within 30 days at the latest, unless a different delivery time was agreed. If we cannot deliver in time, you may cancel the order free of charge and any payment is refunded without delay.
- The product is at our risk until it has been delivered to you (or to someone you designated).
- Please check the parcel on arrival. Report transport damage or a missing item through the contact form as soon as possible.
- Outside the EU, customs in your country may charge import duties, import VAT or clearance fees on delivery.
2. Payment
- You pay securely in the shop at checkout. Many payment methods are available, for example iDEAL / Wero, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and the usual bank payment methods in Europe.
- Which methods you see depends on your country; the shop shows the methods available to you at checkout.
3. Right of withdrawal: 14 days
For consumers (you buy as a private person, not for a business).
- Day 0 — you receive the productThe 14-day reflection period starts the day after you (or someone you designated) receive the product. With several products in separate deliveries: from the day after the last one arrives.
- Within 14 days — tell us you are returning itYou do not need to give a reason. Tell us through the contact form or by e-mail to info@hdfury.eu, with a clear statement or the model withdrawal form. It is on time if you send it before the 14 days have passed.
- Then within another 14 days — send the product backAfter your notification you have 14 days to send the product back to the return address we give you. It is on time if you send it before those 14 days have passed. Return shipping costs are for you.
- In the reflection period you may handle and try the product as you would in a shop. If it has lost value because you handled it more than that, we may deduct that loss of value from the refund.
- Return the Vertex complete: power supply, cables and other accessories that came with it. Original packaging is preferred; pack it so it cannot be damaged in transport.
- Use a tracked shipping method and keep the proof of shipment: the product is at your risk while it travels back to us.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made as a business.
4. How to return — step by step
- Report the returnContact form or e-mail, within 14 days after receipt. Mention your order number and the product.
- Receive the return addressWe send you the return address and instructions. Do not send anything to our postal address (Postbus 274) — parcels sent there cannot be accepted.
- Send it back within 14 daysAt your own cost, well packed, preferably with tracking. Keep the proof of shipment.
- RefundSee below.
5. Refund
- We refund the purchase price and the standard delivery costs you paid, at the latest 14 days after we received your withdrawal notification.
- We may wait with the refund until we have received the product back, or until you have shown that you sent it — whichever comes first.
- If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery, we do not refund the extra costs.
- The return shipping costs are not refunded.
- We refund with the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise with you. The refund costs you nothing.
6. Warranty
- The HDfury Vertex comes with a 1-year warranty.
- In addition, you always keep your statutory rights under the consumer law of the European Union and of your own country. These rights can differ per country and are not limited by the 1-year warranty.
- For a warranty question, use the contact form and mention your order number.
7. Model withdrawal form
Only fill in and send this form if you want to withdraw from the purchase. A clear message in your own words through the contact form or e-mail is just as valid.

8. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to purchases from CD-R Nederland / HDfury. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection that the mandatory consumer law of your own country gives you.
